【摘要】:Thegrowthoffungiandalgaeinandonthesurfaceofpaintfilmsrepresentsamajorcauseofdiscolorationordisfigurementofpaintedsurfaces.Thispracticecoversthepreparationofcoatingsfortesting,theirapplicationonsubstrates,andthearrangementofthecoatedpanelsonexteriortestfencestodeterminethedegreeofmicrobiologicalattackthatmayoccuronthesurfaceofthecoatingsoveraperiodoftime.Thispracticeisintendedtoprovideguidelinesfor,andadiscussionof,thevariousfactorscriticalinselectionofexteriorcoatingsresistanttodiscolorationordisfigurementbyalgaeandfungi.1.1Thispracticeprovidesguidelinesfordeterminingthesusceptibilityofpaintfilmstomicrobiologicalattackonexteriorexposure.Whileitisrecognizedthatvariousorganismsmayoccuronanexposedcoating,thespecifictypesoforganismsaremainlyofacademicinterest.Thedegreetowhichmicrobiologicaldiscolorationoccursistheprimaryconcern.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthedissolvedamountofselectedplanttreatmentagentsandbiocideproductsindrinkingwater,groundwaterandsurfacewaterbysolid-phasemicroextraction(SPME)followedbygaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS).Thelimitofdeterminationdependsonthematrix,onthespecificcompoundtobeanalysedandonthesensitivityofthemassspectrometer.FormostplanttreatmentagentsandbiocidestowhichthisInternationalStandardapplies,itisatleast0,05μg/l.Validationdatarelatedtoaconcentrationrangebetween0,05μg/land0,3μg/lhavebeendemonstratedinaninterlaboratorytrial.ThismethodmaybeapplicabletoothercompoundsnotexplicitlycoveredbythisInternationalStandardortoothertypesofwater.However,itisnecessarytoverifytheapplicabilityofthismethodforthesespecialcases.
