【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricblankets,padsandappliancesthatheatthebedorhumanbody,forhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Thisstandardalsoappliestocontrolunitssuppliedwiththeappliance.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedinbeautyparloursorbypersonsincoldambienttemperatures,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.A2RequirementsandtestsforclothingaregiveninAnnexCC.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE101Childrenareconsideredtobeoldenoughtouseanappliancewithoutsupervisionwhentheyhavebeenadequatelyinstructedbyaparentorguardianandaredeemedcompetenttousetheappliancesafely.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–rigidbedwarmers,suchasthoseofmetalorceramicmaterial;–waterbedheaters(IEC60335-2-66);–heatingappliancesforbreedingandrearinganimals(IEC60335-2-71);–footwarmersandheatingmats(IEC60335-2-81);–appliancesspecificallyintendedforuseundermedicalsupervision(IEC60601-2-35).

【摘要】:Properuseofthispracticecanyieldcalibratedmagnificationswithprecisionof5%orbetterwithinamagnificationrangeoffrom10to50000X.Theuseofcalibrationspecimenstraceabletointernational/nationalstandards,suchasNIST-SRM484,withthispracticewillyieldmagnificationsaccuratetobetterthan5%overthecalibratedrangeofoperatingconditions.Theaccuracyofthecalibratedmagnifications,ordimensionalmeasurements,willbepoorerthantheaccuracyofthecalibrationspecimenusedwiththispractice.Foraccuracyapproachingthatofthecalibrationspecimenthispracticemustbeappliedwiththeidenticaloperatingconditions(acceleratingvoltage,workingdistanceandmagnification)usedtoimagethespecimensofinterest.Itisincumbentuponeachfacilityusingthispracticetodefinethestandardrangeofmagnificationandoperatingconditionsaswellasthedesiredaccuracyforwhichthispracticewillbeapplied.Thestandardoperatingconditionsmustincludethoseparameterswhichtheoperatorcancontrolincluding:acceleratingvoltage,workingdistance,magnification,andimagingmode.1.1Thispracticecoversgeneralproceduresnecessaryforthecalibrationofmagnificationofscanningelectronmicroscopes.Therelationshipbetweentruemagnificationandindicatedmagnificationisacomplicatedfunctionofoperatingconditions.Therefore,thispracticemustbeappliedtoeachsetofstandardoperatingconditionstobeused.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
