【摘要】:Manynitrogencompoundscancontaminaterefinerycatalysts.Theytendtobethemostdifficultclassofcompoundstohydrogenate,sothenitrogencontentremainingintheproductofahydrotreatorisameasureoftheeffectivenessofthehydrotreatingprocess.Inlubricatingoilstheconcentrationofnitrogenisameasureofthepresenceofnitrogencontainingadditives.Thistestmethodisintendedforuseinplantcontrolandinresearch.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofnitrogeninliquidhydrocarbons,includingpetroleumprocessstreamsandlubricatingoilsintheconcentrationrangefrom40to10000x03BC;g/gnitrogen.Forlighthydrocarbonscontaininglessthan100x03BC;g/gnitrogen,TestMethodD4629canbemoreappropriate.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificwarningstatementsaregiveninSection6,7.1,8.2,and8.2.2.
