【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversacetalmaterialssuitableformoldingandextrusion.Thisspecificationisintendedtobeameansofcallingoutplasticmaterialsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Itisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials.Materialsselectionshouldbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticsfieldaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandtheperformancerequiredofthepart,theenvironmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,thefabricationprocesstobeemployed,theinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisspecification,andtheeconomics.Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.Thesewillbeagreeduponbetweentheuserandthesupplier,byusingthesuffixesspecifiedinSection5.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Note1-ThisstandardandISO9988-89aretechnicallyequivalent.

【摘要】:Themethodsinthispracticeareintendedtoaidintheassessmentoflong-termperformancebycomparativetestingofabsorptivematerials.Theresultsofthemethods,however,havenotbeenshowntocorrelatetoactualin-serviceperformance.Thetestingmethodologyinthispracticeprovidestwotestingmethods,inaccordancewithFig.1.4.2.1MethodA,whichaimsatdecreasingthetimerequiredforevaluation,usesaseriesofindividualteststosimulatevariousexposureconditions.4.2.2MethodButilizesasingletestofactualoutdoorexposureunderconditionssimulatingthermalstagnation.4.2.3Equivalencyofthetwomethodshasnotyetbeenestablished.FIG.1OutlineofTestMethodOptions1.1Thispracticecoversatestingmethodologyforevaluatingabsorptivematerialsusedinflatplateorconcentratingcollectors,withconcentratingratiosnottoexceedfive,forsolarthermalapplications.Thispracticeisnotintendedtobeusedfortheevaluationofabsorptivesurfacesthatare(1)usedindirectcontactwith,orsuspendedin,aheat-transferliquid,(thatis,tricklecollectors,directabsorptionfluids,etc.);(2)usedinevacuatedcollectors;or(3)usedincollectorswithoutcoverplate(s).1.2Testmethodsincludedinthispracticearepropertymeasurementtestsandagingtests.Propertymeasurementtestsprovideforthedeterminationofvariouspropertiesofabsorptivematerials,forexample,absorptance,emittance,andappearance.Agingtestsprovideforexposureofabsorptivematerialstoenvironmentsthatmayinducechangesinthepropertiesoftestspecimens.Measuringpropertiesbeforeandafteranagingtestprovidesameansofdeterminingtheeffectoftheexposure.1.3Theassumptionismadethatsolarradiation,elevatedtemperature,temperaturecycles,andmoisturearetheprimaryfactorsthatcausedegradationofabsorptivematerials.Agingtestsaredescribedforexposureofspecimenstothesefactors.Note1-Forsomegeographiclocations,otherfactors,suchassaltsprayanddusterosion,maybeimportant.Theyarenotevaluatedbythispractice.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
