【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofoilinpetroleumwaxeshavingacongealingpointof30?C(86?F)orhigherasdeterminedinaccordancewithTestMethodD938,andcontainingnotmorethan15%ofoil.Note1Withsometypesofwaxes,ofoilcontentsgreaterthan5%,theremaybeanincompatibilitywithMEKresultingintheformationoftwoliquidphases.Ifthisoccurs,thetestmethodisnotapplicabletothematerialundertest.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
